Site Survey & Soil Testing

We begin with a thorough site assessment, soil bearing capacity tests, and topographic survey to design the optimal structural foundation for your project.

Structural Design & Planning

Our engineers prepare detailed RCC structural drawings, BOQ estimates, and timeline plans in coordination with your architect, ensuring complete alignment before work begins.

Material Procurement

We source Grade-certified steel, OPC/PPC cement, and aggregates directly from approved vendors — tested on-site before any pour begins.

RCC Construction Execution

Precision shuttering, bar-bending, and concrete mixing following IS 456 standards. Every pour is supervised by a qualified engineer with cube testing at 7 and 28 days.

Quality Inspection

Multi-stage inspection at foundation, plinth, slab, and roof levels. We document every check and share reports with the client for full transparency.

Handover & Support

Project handover with complete documentation, test reports, and as-built drawings. Post-completion support available for 12 months.
